The host was incredibly accommodating, helping us out late in the evening when our previous Airbnb fell through. We were grateful for the last-minute check-in at this lovely apartment, and everything was perfectly in order upon our arrival. Highly recommend!

The location was quite far from the convention center as stated on the map; it took us over 30 minutes to walk there, although it was just a short 5-minute drive. The room felt a bit cramped with just a double bed, a small table, and a sofa. Unfortunately, the shower was not working properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the facilities and the location, the price seemed excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund in accordance with Airbnb's policy, but I still felt that the $300+ rate was unjustifiable for what we received. I hope future guests find a better price point along with improved facilities.

Our work trip turned into a delightful stay at this property. The spacious layout and comfortable, clean beds made all the difference. The two additional cottage rooms in the back offered great privacy with their own bathrooms, which was ideal for our group. We enjoyed the pool area, which was surrounded by lovely trees; we did have to use the nets provided to keep it tidy, but it was refreshing to take a swim on warmer days. The soothing sound of the waterfall in the pool was a lovely bonus at night. The neighborhood felt peaceful and safe for evening strolls, and we were conveniently close to a Publix store. Plus, being just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place meant we had a plethora of dining and nightlife options nearby, as well as easy access to the beach. The owner was very attentive and helpful whenever we had queries. We would gladly return if we have the chance!

I had a sudden work assignment in West Palm and required a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out as soon as I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, the host provided a thorough tour, making me feel right at home. The condo is roomy enough for 1-2 guests, functions perfectly, and was spotless throughout my stay.
