Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! We spent a month here and loved every single moment. The location is superb—just a short 10-minute ride to the airport, yet surprisingly quiet. Within a 2-minute stroll, you'll find plenty of shops and dining options, and the beach is just a 10-minute drive away. The Clematis area, with its fantastic restaurants and bustling farmers market every Saturday, is only a 15-minute walk. You can easily explore the neighborhood without needing a car. The host was amazing, making everything so seamless for us. Whenever we had a minor issue, they arranged for someone to come over promptly to fix it. This place was both cozy and spacious, equipped with all the essentials we needed. The other residents were friendly, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted out smoothly. With several listings to choose from, the host has proven to be reliable and attentive. We would highly recommend this property and any of the host's other listings to anyone looking for a great stay.

We had a fantastic getaway with a group of 12 for a bachelor party. The home was spacious, spotless, and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit! The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Absolutely the ideal spot for a fun trip!
We arrived by plane around 1:00 PM, hoping to have some lunch before our 4:00 PM check-in. Unfortunately, at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working and it would take a bit longer. After several inquiries, including one at 5:49 PM and another at 7:02 PM, we learned we wouldn't be able to access the property until approximately 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still tiling the floor, using power tools until nearly 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, they left the old toilet and sink in the kitchen, along with a plunger, which was quite off-putting. There was no attempt from the host to apologize or rectify the situation. I requested some compensation for the late check-in and the ongoing issues but was told they'd need to consult with the owners, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
