The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. The property itself is a bit dated, though. The host was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. There are a few issues with the carpets that could use a good cleaning and some furniture is showing signs of wear, like cracking on the leather seats. All in all, I had a pleasant stay in a comfortable spot, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
The owner of this apartment was incredibly welcoming and the place itself was spotless. The design is beautiful, and everything was organized perfectly. My mother enjoyed her stay here immensely.

The accommodation was quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just 5 minutes by car. The room was a bit cramped, featuring only a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower facilities were broken, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the location and amenities, the price seemed unreasonable. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund according to Airbnb's policies, but the cost of over $300 felt excessive for what was offered. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable in the future and that they consider adding more facilities.
