This guesthouse is a fantastic find amidst the pricey vacation rentals in West Palm Beach. It's the perfect size for an individual, a couple, or even friends traveling together, as the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The location is ideal, close to all the local attractions. The kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with a full range, refrigerator, and stylish countertop and sink. The bathroom also features thoughtful renovations, including a useful dimmer switch. I appreciated the ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom that complemented the excellent air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with ample space for storage. Plus, having access to a washer and dryer, shared with the main house, is an added bonus. The owner was very responsive and handled a couple of small issues we encountered swiftly and positively. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The owner was incredibly helpful and quick to address all of our inquiries. They provided exceptional assistance to numerous guests looking for last-minute lodging during the event. The studio was beautifully designed, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated having access to the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing my legs after a long day on my feet. I definitely plan to return!
