Good communication is key when booking an Airbnb, and the owner excelled at that. The property description matched perfectly with what we found upon arrival. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, which was unfortunately not functioning, but the host promptly came to assess the situation. Thankfully, the stovetop was in working condition, and we managed fine since we were mainly there for a wedding. We truly appreciated the extra touches provided by the host and their overall attentiveness. A big shoutout for making our stay enjoyable! We will definitely consider staying at properties managed by them in the future.
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home, situated in a great neighborhood that felt very secure. The space worked well for our extended family getaway. Although the pool was a bit chilly due to the heater not functioning, we enjoyed the hot tub, which was very relaxing! The guest studios near the pool provided a nice retreat for some privacy. Keep in mind this is an older property, so there are some signs of age. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not operating correctly, with the freezer barely colder than the fridge, so we couldn't keep ice around. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main floor, making it less suitable for those with mobility challenges since there’s no bath or shower in the main area. Overall, it was a fair deal for the location, especially if you’re sharing the costs with another family.
We had the pleasure of staying in this charming Airbnb for three weeks and it was a wonderful experience. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm Beach, we were delighted with our choice of area. Everything we needed was just a quick five-minute drive away, and several attractions were conveniently within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, which added to our comfort. This particular property is a lovely century-old house with an amazing pool and cabana area in the backyard, plus the two additional 'casitas' were a fantastic bonus for our larger group. The host was incredibly attentive and ensured that all our needs were met throughout our stay. The only things that could enhance the experience would be a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows, but beyond that, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy West Palm Beach with a group.
