Excellent communication is crucial when choosing an Airbnb, and this host excelled at it. The property description was spot on. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, but the host was quick to respond and confirmed it was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop was functional and served us well since we weren't planning on cooking elaborate meals during our stay for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions with the host and the thoughtful touches they provided unexpectedly—huge shoutout and thanks to them! We will definitely consider renting from this host in the future.

The two guest houses allowed us to spread out while still enjoying each other’s company. The outdoor space was breathtaking and ideal for taking memorable pictures. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was quick to respond and offered great assistance during our stay. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a big group!
We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The apartment was quite roomy and well-equipped. There are some minor areas that could use a little touch-up, but overall, we were very pleased with our extended stay. The location is ideal, offering ample parking, a well-maintained gym, and a large swimming pool that provided breathtaking sunset views each evening.

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1:00 pm, expecting to have lunch before the 4:00 pm check-in. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take more time. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update, we reached out but received no response. At 7:02 pm, we followed up again and were told they would provide an update, but we finally gained entry at approximately 7:45 pm. Once inside, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom and workers were actively tiling the floor. The noise continued until about 9:30 pm, and there were still used bathroom fixtures left in the kitchen. To make matters worse, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about a possible refund for the lengthy delay, but was told they needed to consult the owners, and we never received further communication. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
