We arrived at the property after our flight, hoping to settle in around 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, when we checked in, the cleaning staff was still working, which delayed our entry. It wasn't until nearly 7:45 PM that we could finally access our rental. We discovered that there was ongoing construction in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, with workers cutting tiles until late in the evening. The remnants of their work, including a used toilet and sink, were left in the kitchen, which felt quite unwelcoming. I reached out to the property manager regarding a potential refund for the late check-in and the inconvenience, but I received no follow-up. This experience was quite frustrating, and I doubt I would choose to book with them again.
Though I couldn't stay due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, the owner was incredibly understanding and promptly refunded my payment. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism during such a stressful time.

We had a fantastic time during our stay for my sister's bachelorette celebration! The property was spacious enough for our party of 13, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone was comfortable. The two separate guest houses allowed us to enjoy our privacy while still being close to one another. The outdoor space was beautiful and provided excellent opportunities for pictures. Additionally, the location was ideal—just a quick trip to downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and supportive throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to accommodate a large group!
This property is situated in a fantastic area, making it convenient for exploring the city. The building itself has seen better days, though. The host was very responsive and made communication easy. I noticed the carpets could really use a deep clean, and some of the furniture has seen significant wear, including a few pieces with peeling upholstery. All in all, I enjoyed my stay—it's a comfortable spot with an unbeatable location, just a few improvements would make it perfect.

After our initial booking fell through unexpectedly, we found this lovely place and the host was incredibly accommodating. They arranged our booking in less than a day and met us upon arrival to give us a warm welcome and a helpful tour of the property. We arrived on an afternoon flight, hoping to grab some lunch before check-in at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, we found out that the cleaning staff was still working, and our check-in was delayed. After waiting until 5:49 PM, we reached out for an update but received no response. By 7:02 PM, we followed up again and were told to expect a call back. It wasn’t until around 7:45 PM that we finally got access to the property. We encountered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and there were workers busy tiling the floor, which was noisy until about 9:30 PM. To add to our frustration, they left a used toilet and sink, plus a plunger, in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about a partial refund for the late check-in and the issues we faced, but was told the host would need to consult with the owner, and I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend renting from them again.
