This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! We spent a month here and loved every second. The location couldn't be better—just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport without any of the noise, a mere 2-minute stroll to various shops and eateries, and only 10 minutes to the beach by car. It's also a lovely 15-minute walk to Clematis, where there are fantastic dining options and the best farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car to enjoy the area. The host was wonderful and made everything seamless for us. Whenever we had a minor issue, the response was incredibly prompt, with someone sent over to help almost immediately. The place itself was cozy, roomy, and equipped with everything we could possibly want. The neighbors were friendly and the pool was a delightful spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went out of their way to assist us and ensure everything went smoothly. They have multiple properties listed and you can tell they are very reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

We had the pleasure of spending three weeks at this lovely Airbnb and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location couldn't be better for first-time visitors to West Palm Beach. Everything you could need is just a quick drive away, and we found several attractions within easy walking distance. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt very secure, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This charming property, which is over a century old, features an amazing pool and a fabulous cabana area out back. The two casitas are fantastic for accommodating larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. While the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the best, this property is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to stay in an ideal location while traveling with a group.
This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the somewhat pricey short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even a couple of friends, thanks to the flexible bed arrangement that can be configured as either twins or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a stove, fridge, and stylish countertops, while the bathroom boasts thoughtful features like a dimmer switch for ambiance. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere alongside the effective air conditioning. The closet is well-equipped with a great storage system. You’ll appreciate the shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking which is available for both this guesthouse and the main rental house if you require additional space. The host was very responsive and handled a couple of small concerns swiftly and amicably. All in all, this property met our expectations and I would definitely consider booking with them again.
Our work trip here was fantastic! The space was ample and the beds were extremely cozy and spotless. The two back cottage rooms were a great addition, allowing everyone their own bathroom and some much-needed privacy. We really enjoyed the pool area, which was surrounded by lovely trees; we just had to use the nets provided to keep it clean, but it was refreshing to swim when the weather was nice. The sound of the waterfall in the pool added a tranquil vibe during the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure. We even took nice evening walks to the nearby Publix. This place is conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are tons of bars, restaurants, and it's also close to the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely consider returning if it's available again!
