The property was quite a distance from the convention center (over a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive), and the room was smaller than expected (just one double bed, a sofa, and a mini table). Unfortunately, the shower wasn't functioning properly and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the amenities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space and its facilities seems unreasonable. I hope the owner can consider offering a more competitive rate and enhancing the amenities.

Our family spent three weeks at this Airbnb, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring West Palm. As first-timers to the area, we were delighted to find that everything we wanted to visit was just a quick drive away, and some spots were conveniently within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security. This charming home, which is over a century old, has a lovely pool and cabana area in the backyard that we made great use of, and the two additional casitas were fantastic for our larger group. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond, ensuring our experience was as comfortable as possible. While the property could benefit from an updated washer/dryer and some improved pillows, we still found it to be a wonderful place to stay for anyone traveling with a large group and seeking a prime location in West Palm.

This property was an excellent choice for our family gathering. I would highly suggest booking this location, but do confirm that the pool is properly maintained prior to your stay. We did have to skip our planned barbecue day as the pool had turned a bit green and required treatment. Thankfully, the owner took quick action with the pool service to resolve the issue. The host was incredibly attentive and communicative. Truly a fantastic experience!

Everything you could want is just a short stroll away—Starbucks, shopping, and live music all within two minutes.
