We had a fantastic getaway with a group of 12 for a bachelorette celebration! The house was spotless, just like in the photos, and it accommodated us perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. Highly recommend this place for a fun trip!

This was a spacious and comfortable place for our weekend getaway. While we noticed a few minor things that needed attention, like a hot tub that could use a good cleaning and some cracked flooring on the main level, overall it met our expectations and had no significant problems. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location was perfect, situated in a safe neighborhood, and it was an ideal setting for our family getaway. The pool area was lovely, though the heater wasn’t working, which made it a bit chilly. Thankfully, we enjoyed the hot tub instead! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer a nice sense of privacy. Keep in mind that the house is a bit older, so you may notice some wear and tear. We did encounter some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer wasn't cold enough for ice storage, causing our ice to melt. Additionally, the stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, it might not be suitable for those with mobility concerns, especially since there's no bath or shower downstairs. Nevertheless, the overall value for the price, especially when shared among multiple families, was reasonable.
