This was a great spacious place for a weekend getaway with friends. While there were a few minor concerns, such as a hot tub that could use a good cleaning and some flooring on the main level that is showing wear, everything else lived up to our expectations. I would definitely consider booking this property again.
We spent three weeks at this Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better, and as first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice. Within a short drive of five minutes, we could reach just about everything we wanted to see, and some spots were even within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which added to our sense of comfort. This property is a charming century-old home, and the pool along with the cabana area in the backyard are absolutely delightful. The additional 'casitas' are a wonderful feature, especially for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. A new washer/dryer and improved pillows would enhance the experience, but overall, this is an excellent spot if you're traveling with a group and want the ideal location in West Palm.

Our trip began with some challenges. We arrived at the airport around 1:00 PM and expected to grab a quick bite before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when the time came, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM without an update, we inquired about the status and received no response. By 7:02 PM, we asked again and were told they'd let us know soon. We finally gained access to the property around 7:45 PM, only to discover that there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and maintenance was in the middle of tiling the floor. They continued to cut tiles until around 9:30 PM. To add to our frustration, there were used bathroom fixtures left in the kitchen during our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any apology for the inconveniences. I requested a partial refund for the delayed check-in and other concerns, but never got a follow-up from the host. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider staying here again.

There was no apology or effort to make amends for the situation. I requested some compensation for the late check-in and the issues we faced, but I was told they needed to check with the owners and I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't choose to rent from this property again.
The host was exceptional! They were quick to respond to any inquiries and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely rebook this place in the future.

Our work trip here was fantastic! The house had more than enough space, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The additional cottage rooms in the back were a great bonus, allowing everyone to have their own bathroom, which was really convenient. We enjoyed the pool area a lot; it’s surrounded by lovely trees, so we had to use the nets a bit, but it was refreshing to swim when the weather allowed. The soothing sound of the waterfall at the pool was a lovely touch in the evenings. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt secure, making evening walks to the nearby Publix very enjoyable. Plus, it's just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are tons of vibrant bars and restaurants along with the beach. The property manager was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our needs. We would love to return if the opportunity arises!
