This charming unit is situated on the first floor of an intimate 3-story building, home to just 18 units, in the vibrant neighborhood of Little Havana. You'll be just a few blocks away from Jackson Memorial and University of Miami Hospitals. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, plus the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Water is included in the lease. A minimum lease of 6 months is preferred.

The host was incredibly attentive and quick to address any inquiries we had during our stay. Managing the expectations of 16 guests can be challenging, but they made it seamless. Communication was top-notch, which is essential when booking an Airbnb. The house matched the online description perfectly. The only hiccup was the oven, which unfortunately was out of order; however, the host promptly came by to confirm this, and we found the stovetop functional. We were mainly there for a wedding, so we didn't need to prepare extensive meals. We truly valued our interactions with the host and were pleasantly surprised by a few thoughtful touches. A heartfelt THANK YOU for everything! We definitely look forward to booking more properties managed by them in the future.

This vacation rental is simply fantastic! We spent a month here and relished every second of it. The location couldn’t be better—just a short 10-minute trip from the airport without the noise, a quick 2-minute stroll to plenty of shops and eateries, and a mere 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it’s only a 15-minute walk to Clemantis where you can find amazing dining options and the best farmers market every Saturday. A car isn’t necessary to enjoy the local attractions. The host was wonderful, making our stay incredibly easy. Whenever we encountered a minor issue, they promptly sent someone to resolve it, ensuring everything was sorted out quickly. This rental offers comfort and ample space, equipped with all the essentials we required. The other residents in the building were friendly, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to facilitate a smooth transition. They have several listings and are incredibly reliable and conscientious. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and their other rentals to anyone looking for a great stay.
