This Airbnb is a fantastic choice! The apartment is quite roomy and comfortable. While there are a few minor tweaks that could enhance the experience, we thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay. It's perfectly situated with easy access to parking, a gym, and a large swimming pool where we were able to enjoy breathtaking sunsets each evening.
The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I truly appreciated their assistance throughout our stay. The property offered a cozy atmosphere, featuring two private en suite bedrooms and a lovely living area. It was peaceful and very comfortable, perfect for a restful night's sleep.
We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1:00 PM, hoping to have a quick lunch before the 4:00 PM check-in. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the property at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM for a status update, we reached out again but received no response. By 7:02 PM, we inquired once more, only to be told they would keep us posted. We finally got access around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and maintenance was still busy tiling the floor, which continued until approximately 9:30 PM. Not only that, but they also left dirty bathroom fixtures in the kitchen the entire time. We didn’t receive any apologies or attempts to rectify the situation. I even asked about getting a partial refund due to the late check-in and ongoing problems, but was told they would have to consult the owners and never heard back. Overall, we were quite let down by this experience and would hesitate to stay here again.

While my experience with the host was outstanding and deserves a full five-star rating, there were a few issues with the unit itself that need attention. One of the faucets in the bathroom was malfunctioning, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, I noticed that one of the bathtubs wasn't as clean as I would have hoped. The towels provided also left something to be desired and might benefit from being updated. Overall, a lovely stay with just a few minor setbacks.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this property! It easily accommodated our party of 13, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone’s comfort. The two guest houses offered just the right amount of privacy while keeping us all close. The outdoor space was beautiful and provided excellent spots for photos. Additionally, the location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!
