Although the building is quite large, the host provided a thorough tour that made settling in a breeze. The condo itself is spacious enough for one or two people, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless upon my arrival.
The host came through for us late at night when we found ourselves in a bind with another Airbnb that wasn't ready upon our arrival. We were grateful for the last-minute check-in at this property, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing time during our bach party with a group of 12. The house was spotless and looked just like the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to explore! This property was the perfect gathering spot for my family reunion. I wholeheartedly recommend it! Just a heads up, check that the pool has been cleaned before you arrive. We had to skip our grilling day because the pool was a bit green and required treatment. Thankfully, the issue has since been addressed by the property manager. If I were just rating the host, they would definitely earn a full five stars! Unfortunately, there were a few issues with the unit that were out of their control. One faucet in the bathroom was damaged, but the host promptly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been a bit more thoroughly cleaned, and the towels provided weren't the best quality. It would be great if the owner could look into replacing them.
We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed ourselves. The location couldn't be better for first-time visitors to West Palm; we were thrilled with our choice. Almost everything we wanted to see was within a quick five-minute drive, and some spots were even within walking distance from the property. The neighborhood was serene and offered a sense of safety, which we really appreciated. This charming Airbnb is housed in a century-old structure, and the pool along with the cabana area in the backyard were absolutely delightful. The two additional 'casitas' are a fantastic touch for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. The only minor suggestions would be to upgrade the washer/dryer and perhaps invest in some new pillows. Aside from that, it's an excellent option for anyone visiting West Palm, especially for larger groups looking for a prime location.
Our arrival was quite hectic. We landed around 1:00 PM and expected to have a bite to eat before our 4:00 PM check-in. However, we were informed at 4:00 PM that the cleaning crew was still working on the unit. After several inquiries, we finally gained access at around 7:45 PM, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, we discovered that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor until roughly 9:30 PM. They even left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen while we were there. Unfortunately, there was no apology or effort made to rectify the situation. I reached out to inquire about compensation for the late check-in and the inconveniences we faced, but never received a response. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend renting from them again.
This rental is perfectly situated and offers a spacious environment. While it could benefit from a few minor updates, we truly enjoyed our extended stay. The location is convenient, with ample parking available. The gym facilities are decent, and the large swimming pool provides a stunning view of the sunset each evening.
