This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While we did notice a few minor concerns (the hot tub could use a good cleaning and the main floor has a few cracked tiles), everything else matched the description well. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely consider booking again.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the somewhat pricey West Palm Beach rental market. It's a cozy space that's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or two friends (the bed configuration is flexible between twins or a king size). The location is excellent, allowing easy access to various attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been updated with modern appliances, including a range, fridge, and attractive countertops and sink. The bathroom has also received a nice renovation, featuring thoughtful additions like a dimmer switch. To keep cool, there are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with great air conditioning. The closet is well-equipped with racks and bars for ample storage. Guests can also use a shared washer and dryer, plus enjoy off-street parking, which is shared with the main house (which is also available for rent if you need extra room). The host was very responsive and handled a couple of minor issues we encountered promptly. Overall, this property met all our expectations, and I would definitely consider booking again in the future.

I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure to reach out as soon as I landed. The building is quite large, but I was given a thorough tour, which made settling in easy. The condo is perfect for one or two guests, very spacious, and everything was in great working order. It was also spotless throughout my stay.

The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot and only about 5 minutes by car. The room was smaller than expected, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower facilities were not functioning, and the kitchen was not equipped. Given the price point, it felt unreasonable for what was provided. Thankfully, I received a full refund in line with Airbnb's policy, but the cost of over $300 seemed excessive for this space and its amenities. I hope the owner considers adjusting the pricing and enhancing the facilities in the future.

They were there to greet us during check-in, making everything much simpler. Their knowledge of the local area was impressive. The location was just as advertised, ideal for exploring. If you're looking for a great Airbnb experience, I would highly recommend staying at one of their properties.
