The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring more than a 30-minute walk or a short 5-minute drive. The room itself was on the smaller side, equipped with just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Additionally, the shower facilities were out of order, and there wasn't a proper kitchen setup available. Given the location and limited amenities, the pricing felt excessive. Thankfully, due to Airbnb's policy, I was able to receive a full refund, but I still believe that a rate over $300 is unjustified for what was offered. I hope future guests find more reasonable rates and improved facilities.
