We had a fantastic time at this property celebrating my sister’s bachelorette party! The space was ideal for our group of 13, offering plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which made it very comfortable for everyone. The two guest houses allowed us to have our own privacy while still being close to each other. The outdoor area was beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for memorable photos. Plus, the location was unbeatable - just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and accommodating during our stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!
I would gladly give the host five stars for their exceptional service! However, there were a few issues with the unit that detracted from the overall experience. One of the bathroom fixtures was damaged, but the host promptly arranged for repairs. Additionally, the cleanliness of one of the tubs could have been improved, and the towels provided were a bit worn out. It would be great if the owner could consider replacing them.

This charming guesthouse is a great find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, as the bed can be configured either as twins or a king. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated, featuring a stove, fridge, and lovely new countertops. The bathroom also received a nice update, complete with thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for the lights. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans that help keep things comfortable, along with the solid air conditioning. The storage in the closet is impressive, with a well-designed system of shelves and hanging space. Plus, there's shared access to a washer and dryer and off-street parking available, which is convenient. The property manager was responsive and dealt with a couple of small issues we encountered promptly and courteously. Overall, this place met our expectations, and we would be happy to stay here again.
We arrived shortly after our flight, around 1:00 pm, expecting to grab a quick bite before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the check-in was delayed due to the cleaning staff still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm without an update, we reached out again but got no response. Finally, at 7:02 pm, we inquired about how much longer it would take. We were told they would find out, but it ended up being 7:45 pm before we could access the property. Upon entry, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and there were workers tiling the floor, making noise until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left the used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. When I asked about a potential refund for the late check-in and the inconveniences we experienced, I was told they would have to consult the owners, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, this was quite disappointing, and I would not consider booking again.
