The location of this property is fantastic, though the building shows some signs of age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We did notice that the carpets could really use a thorough cleaning, and some furniture pieces were in less-than-perfect condition with peeling upholstery. Overall, we enjoyed our time here; it's a cozy spot in a prime area, just a few updates would make it even better.

I definitely suggest checking on the pool cleanliness before you arrive, as we faced some issues with it turning green. Luckily, the management team took care of it promptly. Our work trip brought us to this lovely property, and we were thoroughly impressed. The spacious layout provided ample room for everyone, and the beds were incredibly comfortable and spotless. Having the two cottage rooms at the back was a fantastic addition, giving each of us our own bathroom for added convenience. The pool area was a delightful bonus, nestled among the trees; we did have to utilize the provided nets for cleaning, but the refreshing dip was well worth it on sunny days. The gentle sound of the waterfall by the pool created a serene atmosphere in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which made our evening strolls to the nearby Publix enjoyable. The location is just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there's no shortage of bars, restaurants, and beach access. The host was prompt and helpful with any inquiries we had. We would gladly return if the opportunity arises in the future.

I had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out as soon as I landed at the airport. The building is quite expansive, but the host provided a thorough tour, making my settling in seamless. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, with everything functioning perfectly and it was spotless upon my arrival.
