We had an absolutely fantastic stay! This apartment turned out to be the perfect spot for our spontaneous getaway. The availability of parking was a huge plus, and the owner was incredibly accommodating. Plus, it's conveniently located within a short stroll to all the essentials. Just a 2-minute walk, and you can grab your coffee at Starbucks, enjoy some shopping, and catch live music. While the couch showed some signs of wear and tear, the stunning view from the window and sliding door really made us forget all about it. Highly recommend!

Our work trip to this property was fantastic! The number of rooms was just right, and we found the beds to be both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms out back provided ample space and privacy with their own bathrooms, which was really convenient. We enjoyed the pool area, though it does require a bit of upkeep with the trees nearby. Still, we relished swimming in the warm weather. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night added such a serene atmosphere. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure; we even strolled to the nearby Publix in the evenings. Its location is ideal, just a short walk to Clematis St and City Place, filled with great dining and nightlife options, not to mention how close it is to the beach. The owner was quick to respond to our requests and very accommodating. We would absolutely consider staying here again in the future!
