This Airbnb was simply fantastic! We spent an entire month here and it was a delightful experience. The location couldn't be better, just a short 10-minute ride from the airport with no disturbance at all. It's only a quick 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and a mere 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's a comfortable 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which boasts amazing dining options and a fabulous farmers market every Saturday. No need for a car to enjoy the nearby attractions! The host was incredibly attentive and made our stay a breeze. Whenever we had a minor issue, they arranged for prompt assistance to resolve it right away. The space was roomy, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to assist us. With multiple properties under their management, it's clear they are very trustworthy and responsible. We highly recommend this property and the host's other listings to anyone looking for a great stay.

It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends looking to share a space, as the bed can be arranged as twins or as a king. The location couldn't be better, with plenty of local attractions nearby. The kitchen has been nicely updated and includes a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertop. The bathroom renovation shows attention to detail, featuring a dimmer switch that adds a nice touch. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans, alongside efficient air conditioning, ensuring comfort during your stay. The closet is well-organized with ample storage options. Additionally, there's access to a shared washer and dryer, and off-street parking is available. The property manager was very responsive and handled a couple of small issues we encountered promptly and courteously. Overall, this property met our needs perfectly, and we would definitely consider renting again in the future.

This rental was fantastic! The comfort level was top-notch and the location couldn't be better. The apartment complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Just a small note, the appearance of the apartment varied slightly from the photos, but it wasn't anything significant.

We had a fantastic work getaway at this property. The spacious rooms were accompanied by comfortable and spotless beds, making our stay very pleasant. The two additional cottage rooms at the back provided ample space and the convenience of private bathrooms for everyone. The pool area was a lovely bonus; surrounded by trees, we did need to use the nets provided to keep it clean, but we enjoyed swimming whenever the weather allowed. The soothing sound of the waterfall added to the serene atmosphere at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, and we enjoyed our evening stroll to a nearby Publix. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Clematis St and City Place, where there are numerous dining and nightlife options, plus easy access to the beach. The host was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had or needs that arose. We would love to return in the future if it's available.
I would give top marks to the host for their excellent service, but there were a few issues with the unit that need addressing. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but the host promptly arranged for repairs. One of the bathtubs could use a deeper clean, and the towels provided were not up to par. It would be great if the owner could consider replacing them.
