The owner was incredibly welcoming and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It's beautifully styled, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully organized. My mother had a delightful stay here and was thoroughly impressed.

The location of the property is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The building does show some signs of age, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. However, the carpets could really use a good steam cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture are in need of repair—particularly the couch with its peeling leather. Overall, I had a comfortable experience and enjoyed my time here, though there are certainly a few areas that could be improved.
The location of the property was quite a distance from the convention center as mentioned on the map; it took over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room itself was small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the price point, which exceeded $300, I found the value to be quite unreasonable compared to the amenities offered. Thankfully, I received a full refund due to Airbnb’s policy, but I hope the owner considers adjusting the pricing and including better facilities in the future.

We had the pleasure of spending three weeks at this lovely Airbnb, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The location could not be better for exploring West Palm Beach! As first-time visitors, we were thrilled to find that almost everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and some spots were within a comfortable walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a strong sense of safety. The property itself is a charming century-old home, with a stunning pool and cabana area out back. The additional 'casitas' were a fantastic bonus for our large group. The host was very attentive and went out of their way to ensure our experience was enjoyable. We did notice that the washer/dryer could use an upgrade, and the pillows might benefit from some improvement, but overall, this place is an excellent choice for big groups seeking a prime spot in West Palm.
