The host was incredibly attentive and addressed all of our inquiries promptly, which made our stay much smoother. Managing the preferences of a large group of 16 isn’t easy, but they handled it remarkably well. The property description was spot on, and the only hiccup we encountered was with the oven—it was out of order, but the host quickly came by to confirm this. Thankfully, the stovetop was fully functional, and since we were mainly there for a wedding, we didn’t need to cook anything extensive. We were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful extras provided by the host, which added a nice touch to our stay. A big shoutout to the host for their excellent service! We would definitely consider booking again in the future.

Our work trip brought us to this lovely property, and it exceeded our expectations. The layout offered ample room for everyone, and the beds were not only clean but incredibly comfortable. The two cottage rooms at the back were a fantastic addition, giving everyone their own space and bathroom. We enjoyed the pool area, which was surrounded by trees. We did have to use the nets provided to keep it clear, but it was delightful to swim on sunny days. The gentle sound of the waterfall added a soothing ambiance at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, making evening strolls to the nearby Publix quite enjoyable. Its location was convenient, just a short walk to Clematis St and City Place, where there are lots of great dining and nightlife options, plus the beach isn't far. The host was quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. We’re already looking forward to returning in the future if the property is available.

This charming guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, it offers flexibility with a bed that can either be configured as twins or a king. The location is ideal, putting you close to all the attractions in WPB. The renovated kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and sleek countertops, making it easy to whip up meals. The bathroom also received a thoughtful makeover, including the nice touch of a dimmer switch for ambiance. Both the bedroom and living room are fitted with ceiling fans for added comfort alongside the excellent air conditioning. The closet is impressively organized with plenty of space for your belongings. You'll also appreciate the shared washer and dryer and the convenience of off-street parking, which is shared with the main house if you need extra room. The host was prompt and helpful, addressing a couple of small concerns we had during our stay. Overall, this property met our expectations perfectly, and we'd definitely consider booking with this host again.

We spent three weeks at this charming Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice of area. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, and there were some spots we could easily stroll to as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how central we were. The home itself is a century-old gem, and the pool along with the cabana area in the backyard were absolutely delightful. The two additional 'casitas' are perfect for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and eager to ensure our stay was just right. While the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the greatest, overall, this place is an excellent option for anyone traveling with a big group and seeking a prime location in West Palm.
