The owner was incredibly attentive and the apartment was in tip-top shape. It had a wonderful layout, was spotless, and free of any unnecessary items. My mother enjoyed her stay here immensely.

The property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking more than 30 minutes on foot and only about 5 minutes by car. The room felt cramped, accommodating just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower was not in working order, and there were no kitchen facilities provided. Considering the location and amenities, the pricing was excessive. Fortunately, I was able to get a full refund thanks to Airbnb's policies, but the $300+ fee seemed unjustifiable for the space and its features. I hope the owner can reconsider the pricing and enhance the facilities for future guests.

I recently planned a spontaneous work trip to West Palm and required a temporary place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me right after my arrival at the airport. Although the building is quite large, the host provided a thorough tour, which made settling in a breeze. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two people, all the amenities functioned perfectly, and it was spotless.
