Entire rental unit. Charming Coral Gables Studio with Exclusive Access to Pool and Gym in a Private Gated Oasis

The owner was fantastic throughout our stay. Check-in was seamless and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. He personally welcomed us upon arrival, which made everything feel so straightforward. His local insights were incredibly helpful. The location was exactly as advertised and very convenient. This is precisely the kind of experience you hope for with an Airbnb stay. I highly recommend booking one of his properties.

Really enjoyable stay at this property. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. The space had ample room for our group, which included several families. The pool looked lovely, although the heater seemed to be out, so it was a bit chilly. Thankfully, we took advantage of the hot tub, which was great! The guest studios by the pool offer a nice touch of privacy, even though they are on the smaller side. Keep in mind that the property is older, so there's some expected wear and tear. Also, we encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer barely chilled and our ice melted quickly. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there is only one bedroom on the ground level of the main house, which might be a concern for those with mobility difficulties. Additionally, there's no bath or shower in the downstairs area. Overall, for a vacation rental, the price was reasonable, especially when shared among multiple families.
