If the host were the only factor, I would give a perfect score without hesitation. However, the rental itself had a few issues that were not the host's doing. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, which the host promptly addressed. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a better cleaning, and the towels provided were not of high quality. I suggest the owner consider replacing them for future guests.

Everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and some spots were even within walking distance from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how close we were to various attractions. This historic home, over a century old, has a lovely pool and cabana area at the back, and the additional two 'casitas' are fantastic for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met. The only suggestions would be to upgrade the washer and dryer and maybe provide some more comfortable pillows. Overall, it’s an excellent option for those traveling with family or friends, especially with its prime location in West Palm.
