The property is situated in a fantastic area, with a very secure neighborhood, making it perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the pool, although it was a bit chilly since the heater was out of order. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub, which was a lovely addition! The guest studios near the pool are compact, but they provide a nice sense of privacy if you're looking for it. Keep in mind that the house does show its age, so some wear is to be expected. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not functioning properly, which meant the freezer was more like a fridge, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be somewhat tricky, and with just one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility concerns as there are no bath or shower facilities down there. Overall, considering we're sharing the costs among families, the price was reasonable for the area.
The owner of the property was incredibly helpful and quick to address any inquiries I had. They went above and beyond to assist many guests, particularly during the DWD event, ensuring everyone had suitable last-minute arrangements. The studio itself was beautifully designed and equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable getaway. I particularly enjoyed having access to the swimming pool, which was a lifesaver after long hours on my feet. I'm definitely looking forward to returning!

It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can easily be arranged as two twins or a king. The location is ideal, with plenty of activities nearby. The kitchen has been nicely updated, featuring modern appliances like a stove, fridge, and new sink and countertops. The bathroom has also been renovated and includes thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for the lights. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans, alongside the efficient air conditioning to keep things comfortable. The closet is impressively organized with a great shelving system, providing ample storage space. There’s also shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking that’s convenient (the main house is also available if you need extra room). The host was responsive and addressed a couple of small concerns promptly. Overall, this property met our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with this host again.
Our stay at this property for my sister’s bachelorette celebration was fantastic! It easily fit our group of 13, thanks to the ample bedrooms and bathrooms available. The two separate guest houses provided just the right amount of privacy while keeping us all together. The outdoor space was breathtaking and perfect for capturing memorable moments. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was exceptionally attentive and supportive throughout our visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to accommodate a large gathering!
