We had an amazing last-minute getaway at this lovely apartment! The convenience of parking was a huge plus, and the host was incredibly accommodating. You can easily walk to all the essentials, like a Starbucks just two minutes away, along with shopping and live music venues. While some furniture shows signs of wear, the stunning views from the window and sliding glass door made us quickly overlook those minor imperfections.
The host was wonderful, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very organized. My mother had a delightful stay and couldn't stop raving about it.
We had a fantastic experience during my sister’s bachelorette weekend! The property was more than enough for our group of 13, providing ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone’s comfort. The two guest houses were a brilliant addition, allowing us to spread out while enjoying each other’s company. The outdoor space was gorgeous and perfect for capturing memorable moments. The location was outstanding, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and supportive during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone planning a gathering with a large group!
I would definitely rate the host a full five stars based on their attentiveness. However, there were a few issues with the unit itself that were beyond their control. One of the bathroom faucets was leaking, but the host promptly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more cleaning. I also think the towels could be upgraded as they were not up to par. Overall, a great stay, but some improvements would make it even better.
My colleagues and I enjoyed our work trip at this lovely rental. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds made our stay very enjoyable. We appreciated having two separate cottage rooms out back, which provided ample privacy and the convenience of additional bathrooms. The pool area was delightful, surrounded by trees, although we had to use the nets provided to keep it clean. We still managed to enjoy a refreshing swim when the weather allowed. The soothing sound of the pool's waterfall at night was a wonderful bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took a leisurely stroll to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where we found plenty of dining and nightlife options, as well as the beach. The property manager was attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely consider returning if it's available next time.
This guesthouse is a refreshing option amidst the pricey short-term rentals in West Palm Beach. It's perfectly sized for solo travelers, couples, or friends, with a bed that can be arranged as either twins or a king. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the local attractions. The kitchen has been nicely updated, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and new countertop and sink. The bathroom renovations include thoughtful details like a dimmer switch which really enhances the atmosphere. Both the bedroom and living area are fitted with ceiling fans, alongside excellent air conditioning for warm days. The closet is well-organized with racks and bars, providing plenty of storage space. Guests can also use the shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking that’s available with the main house, which is also a rental option if you need more room. The host was very responsive and promptly addressed a couple of minor concerns we had. In short, the property met all our needs and we would not hesitate to book with the host again.
