The location is fantastic, and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for our family getaway. The space was perfect for accommodating multiple families, although we found the pool a bit chilly since the heater wasn't operational. Thankfully, we enjoyed the hot tub instead! The guest studios near the pool, while compact, provided a good level of privacy for those who needed it. Keep in mind it’s an older property, so be prepared for some signs of aging. We had issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer wasn't keeping things frozen at all, which left us without ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn't recommend it for guests with mobility challenges, especially since there's no bath or shower in the main area. Overall, the price was quite reasonable for the surrounding area, especially if you're sharing it with other families.
