We enjoyed a delightful three-week stay at this Airbnb and couldn't be happier with our choice. The location is absolutely ideal. As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled to discover how convenient everything was, with most attractions being just a quick five-minute drive away, and some spots even within walking distance. The neighborhood was serene and gave us a sense of security, which was a pleasant surprise given its proximity to so much activity. The property itself is a charming century-old house. The pool and cabana area in the backyard are wonderful, and the two additional 'casitas' are a fantastic feature for larger groups. The host was exceptional, always quick to respond and eager to ensure our stay was enjoyable. A couple of improvements could be made, such as upgrading the washer/dryer and providing better pillows, but overall, this is an excellent option for anyone traveling with a group and seeking a prime location in West Palm.

I found the accommodation to be quite a distance from the convention center, which took over 30 minutes on foot or about 5 minutes by car. The room itself was smaller than expected, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Additionally, the shower was out of order, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the overall facilities, I found the price to be quite unreasonable. Thankfully, the Airbnb policy allowed for a full refund, as the cost of over $300 didn't align well with what was offered. I hope the owner considers adjusting the price and upgrading the amenities in the future.

The location is fantastic and the neighborhood felt very safe, making it perfect for our multi-family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater seemed to be out of order. Since it was a bit chilly, we ended up using the hot tub, which was quite nice! While the guest studios near the pool are compact, they provided us with some needed privacy. Keep in mind that this is an older home, so there are some signs of wear and tear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't functioning properly—the freezer barely got cold enough for ice, so our ice melted quickly. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom located on the main level, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility challenges. Additionally, there's no bath or shower in the main part of the house. Overall, it was reasonably priced for the area, especially when shared among several families.
