I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly accommodating, reaching out to me right from the airport. The building is quite expansive, but the host took the time to show me around so I could settle in quickly. The condo is roomy for one or two guests, everything operated perfectly, and it was thoroughly clean during my stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful three-week stay at this rental. The location couldn’t have been more ideal for our first trip to West Palm Beach. Nearly everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and there were even a few spots we could stroll to easily from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and made us feel secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how close we were to the action. The home itself is over a century old, adding to its charm, and the pool and cabana area in the backyard are absolutely delightful. The two additional 'casitas' are a great feature for larger groups. The host was fantastic, very quick to respond to any inquiries and keen on ensuring our stay was enjoyable. While a few things like a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would enhance the experience, overall, it’s a fantastic place for big groups seeking a prime location in West Palm.

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to settle in after grabbing some lunch. The check-in time was set for 4:00 PM, but it turned out our wait was extended as the cleaning crew was still working. After several inquiries, we finally gained access at approximately 7:45 PM. Unfortunately, we discovered ongoing repairs due to a leak in the downstairs bathroom, with workers tiling the floor until late in the evening. To make matters worse, they left the used toilet and sink—along with a plunger—sitting in the kitchen area throughout our stay. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience from the host, and despite requesting some form of compensation for the delayed check-in and issues faced, I was informed that they would need to consult the owners. However, I never received any further communication. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider booking with them again.

The host was very welcoming, and the property exceeded our expectations. It's a great spot to unwind.
