Fantastic spot for a family getaway, located in a secure neighborhood. The space was perfect for our group of families. The pool was nice, but unfortunately the heater wasn't functioning, making it quite chilly. We ended up enjoying the hot tub instead, which was a great alternative! The guest studios by the pool are a bit compact, but they provide good privacy when needed. As the house is older, you might notice some signs of wear. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn't stay cold enough, leaving us without ice for our drinks. I found the stairs to be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom located downstairs in the main house, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who has trouble with mobility. There is no bath or shower downstairs, which is something to keep in mind. Overall, it was reasonably priced for the area, especially when shared among several families.

We spent three weeks at this charming Airbnb and had an amazing experience. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm Beach, we were thrilled to have chosen this area. Everything we wanted to see was within a quick five-minute drive, and we could easily walk to some attractions as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which we appreciated. This Airbnb is a lovely century-old house, with a stunning pool and cabana area in the back, perfect for relaxation. The two additional casitas were great for accommodating our larger group. The host was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While the property could benefit from an updated washer/dryer and some more comfortable pillows, overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone traveling with a large group and seeking a prime location in West Palm.
