The host was incredibly accommodating and made our stay seamless. Even though our flight was delayed, they were there to greet us upon arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the property. We truly appreciate all their efforts.

The property is quite a distance from the convention center, taking around 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room is rather small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not in working order, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the amenities provided, the price seems excessively high. I'm relieved that Airbnb's policy allowed for a full refund, but a rate exceeding $300 feels unreasonable for what is offered. I hope the host considers adjusting the price and enhancing the facilities in the future.

I would rate the host a perfect five stars for their attentiveness, but there were a few issues with the unit that were out of their control. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was malfunctioning, but the host promptly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been cleaner, and the towels provided weren't up to par. The property manager should consider updating those.
This Airbnb was simply delightful! We spent a month here and appreciated every single moment. The location couldn't be more ideal—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport with no disturbances, and a quick 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries. Plus, the beach is only a 10-minute drive away! We also loved that it was a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which boasts fantastic dining options and the best farmers market every Saturday. You can easily explore the area without needing a car. The host was exceptional, making our stay incredibly smooth. Whenever we had a minor issue, they were quick to arrange for someone to come and fix it—so efficient! The space itself was cozy and roomy, equipped with everything we wanted. The other residents in the building were friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed lounging by the pool. When we accidentally got our checkout dates mixed up, the host went above and beyond to assist us. They have multiple listings and are definitely reliable and attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other properties to anyone looking for a great getaway.
This Airbnb had an excellent location and offered a spacious living area. While there are a few minor updates needed, we were overall very pleased with our extended visit. The convenience of the location, along with a great parking space, a gym, and a large swimming pool where we enjoyed stunning sunsets each evening, made our stay truly enjoyable.
