Entire rental unit. Stunning Homes Just Moments from High-End Boutiques

Our work trip was a complete success thanks to this wonderful property. There was an abundance of space, and the beds were incredibly cozy and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided the perfect solution for everyone to have their privacy with their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool area, which was nicely shaded by the surrounding trees; although we did need to use the nets provided to keep it clean, we still enjoyed some refreshing swims during the nice weather. The soothing sound of the waterfall added a lovely ambiance in the evenings. The neighborhood was serene and felt very safe, allowing us to stroll over to Publix without any worries. Its location near Clematis Street and City Place offered an array of bars, restaurants, and easy access to the beach. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We would absolutely consider returning here in the future if it’s available.

The location was quite a bit farther from the convention center than I anticipated, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just 5 minutes by car. The room was rather cramped, accommodating only a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was also not functioning during my stay, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the price point, which exceeded $300, it felt quite excessive relative to the space and the facilities provided. I was relieved to receive a full refund through Airbnb's policy, but I really hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and that additional amenities are included in the future.

Unfortunately, I couldn't go on my trip due to an unexpected emergency evacuation. The host was very understanding and promptly refunded my payment, which I really appreciated during such a stressful time.
