The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The property was perfect for our group, featuring two spacious en suite bedrooms and a cozy living area. We appreciated the peace and quiet it offered, which made for restful nights.

The property was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side, with just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the location and the state of the facilities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund through Airbnb's policy, but for over $300, the value doesn't match the space and amenities provided. I hope they can offer a more reasonable rate and improve the facilities in the future.
