The property's location is fantastic, but the building itself shows some signs of age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. However, the carpets could really use a deep clean, and a few pieces of furniture are in need of repair, with some peeling on the leather. Overall, we enjoyed our time here – it was a cozy spot in a great area, though there are definitely areas for improvement.
Our stay was fantastic during my sister's bachelorette celebration! The property was spacious enough for our group of 13, offering plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which made it comfortable for everyone. The two guest houses provided an excellent balance of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was gorgeous and perfect for capturing memorable photos. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and supportive throughout our visit. I would highly recommend this property for large group gatherings!
Our stay at this property for work was absolutely fantastic! The spacious layout and comfortable, clean beds made for a restful retreat. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided ample space and privacy for everyone with their own bathrooms, which was a huge plus. We enjoyed the pool area, surrounded by nature, although we did have to use the nets provided to clean it a bit. Nonetheless, we took advantage of the nice weather to enjoy refreshing swims. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely bonus. The neighborhood felt very tranquil and secure. We also took leisurely walks to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are so many great dining and nightlife options, plus the beach isn’t far away. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We would be thrilled to return if the opportunity arises!
