The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries, which made our stay very pleasant. Managing the needs of 16 guests can be quite a challenge, but the communication was top-notch and greatly appreciated. The property description was spot on, and the only issue we encountered was with the oven, which the host identified as not working but was quick to check on. Thankfully, the stovetop functioned well for our needs, as we were mainly there to celebrate a wedding. We were also grateful for some thoughtful surprises from the host during our stay. A huge thank you for such a great experience! We would definitely consider booking with this property manager again in the future.

The host came to our rescue at nearly 10 PM after we encountered issues with another Airbnb where the apartment was still not cleaned upon arrival. Thankfully, we were able to check in last minute at this property, and everything turned out wonderfully.
This vacation rental is simply outstanding! We spent a whole month here and loved every single moment. The location couldn't be better; it's less than a 10-minute ride from the airport, with no noise to disturb your peace. Just a quick 2-minute stroll brings you to a wide variety of shops and eateries, plus it’s only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, a 15-minute walk takes you to Clemantis, which features fantastic dining options and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a car to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and made our stay effortless. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, they had someone there to assist us right away, resolving everything promptly. The rental itself was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the essentials we needed. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool provided a wonderful place to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. With multiple properties available, they are clearly reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this rental and the host's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.
This property is in an excellent location with a safe and friendly neighborhood, making it perfect for a family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, though the heater wasn't functioning, so it was a bit too chilly for our liking. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub, which was lovely! The guest studios by the pool are compact but provide a nice bit of privacy when needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there are some signs of wear and tear throughout. We did encounter issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer struggled to freeze anything, so we were unable to keep ice or frozen items. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, which may not work for those with mobility concerns. Plus, there's no bath or shower in the main living area. Overall, it’s a reasonable price for the location, especially if you're dividing costs among several families.
I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm for a month and found this place to be perfect for my needs. The host was incredibly friendly and made sure to reach out as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite sizable, the host kindly showed me around, which made settling in a breeze. The condo itself is roomy enough for a couple of guests, and everything was spotless and in great working order.
