Entire rental unit. Charming 1BR Retreat with Washer/Dryer Near Central Park

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Every detail exceeded our expectations.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure. This place is perfect for a family getaway with plenty of space for everyone. While the pool was refreshing, the heater seemed to be out of order, so we went for the hot tub instead, which was lovely! The guest studios by the pool are compact but offer a nice amount of privacy. Keep in mind the property shows some signs of age. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren’t functioning properly; we found that the freezer was warmer than expected, which resulted in our ice melting quickly. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the ground floor, so it might not be the best choice if anyone in your group has difficulty with mobility. There’s also no bath or shower in the main house's downstairs area. Overall, it's a reasonable price for the location, especially if you’re sharing the cost across several families.

The host was extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Despite our flight being pushed back, they were there to welcome us and give us a tour of the property as soon as we arrived. We truly appreciate all the effort they put in to make our visit smooth and enjoyable!
