The property was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room itself was on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the location and the facilities, the price is excessively high. Thankfully, due to Airbnb's policy, I received a full refund, but paying over $300 seems outrageous for what was offered. I hope a more reasonable rate is set in the future, along with better amenities.

We had a fantastic experience at the host's property. It was ideal for our large group, centrally located, and offered ample room for everyone to relax.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While we did notice a few minor problems, like the hot tub needing a clean and some floorboards that are showing wear, everything else matched the description and we had a great time overall. I would definitely consider staying here again.
