If I were solely rating the host, I would give them a perfect score without hesitation. Unfortunately, the unit itself had a few issues that were beyond the host's control. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but the host arranged for it to be repaired promptly. One of the bathtubs could have used a deeper clean, and the quality of the towels left something to be desired. It would be beneficial for the owner to consider replacing them for future guests.
