This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often expensive West Palm Beach area. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends since the bed can be configured as either two twins or a king. The location is very convenient for exploring the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated and includes everything you need like a range and refrigerator, plus modern countertops and a new sink. The bathroom renovations are also well done, featuring thoughtful details such as a dimmer for the lighting. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans in addition to the strong air conditioning, which keeps everything comfortable. There's a well-organized closet with plenty of storage options. A washer and dryer are available, shared with the main house (which is also available for rent if you need more space). The host was quick to respond to our queries and handled a couple of minor issues with a positive attitude. Overall, this property met all our needs, and I would happily consider staying here again.
