It's within easy walking distance to all the essentials—just a couple of minutes to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some areas may feel a bit worn, like the couch, the stunning views from the windows completely make up for it. We truly enjoyed our time here!
I would give the host a full five stars for their attentiveness alone. They promptly addressed a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, which was much appreciated. However, there were a couple of drawbacks; one of the bathtubs could have used more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren't the best quality. It might be time for the owner to consider updating them.

The owner of this lovely studio was incredibly supportive and quick to address all of my questions. Their ability to assist guests in finding accommodations at the last minute during the DWD event was truly remarkable. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated having access to the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing my legs after long hours of standing. I will definitely return in the future!
We enjoyed an amazing three-week stay at this Airbnb. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we made a great choice in picking this area. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, and some spots were even walkable from the property. The neighborhood had a peaceful vibe and felt very secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how central it is. This Airbnb is a charming century-old house, and the pool and cabana area in the backyard are incredible. The two casitas are excellent for accommodating larger groups. The host was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We did notice that the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows could be improved, but overall, this place is fantastic for large groups looking for a prime location in West Palm.
We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to grab a bite and settle in by 4:00 PM. However, when we returned at that time, we were informed that cleaning was still in progress. After several inquiries, we were finally able to check in at around 7:45 PM. To our dismay, we discovered there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still working on the tiling, creating a lot of noise until about 9:30 PM. Additionally, we found a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, left in the kitchen during our stay, which was quite off-putting. There was no attempt made to apologize or rectify the situation. I inquired about a potential refund for the late check-in and the inconvenience caused but didn’t receive any follow-up. Overall, this experience left much to be desired, and I would not consider renting from this host again.
