The location was fantastic, set in a safe and inviting neighborhood, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool area was lovely, although the heater seemed to be out of order during our stay. Despite the chilly weather, we made good use of the hot tub which was quite enjoyable! The guest studios adjacent to the pool are compact but provide a nice sense of privacy for those who need it. Keep in mind that the property is older, so there are signs of wear. We did run into some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn’t get cold enough to keep ice solid, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, the stairs can be tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who has trouble with mobility. Just a heads-up: there isn’t a bath or shower available in the main house downstairs. Overall, with the costs shared among several families, it was a reasonable deal for the area.

The rental was situated quite a distance from the convention center—over a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive. The room was on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower facilities weren't functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the location and the amenities offered, the price seemed quite excessive. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund in accordance with Airbnb's policies, but I still felt that the rate of over $300 was unjustifiable for what was provided. I hope future guests see a more reasonable price and an improved selection of facilities.

The owner of the property was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute reservation because of the hurricane evacuation.

While I would gladly give the host a full five stars for their attentiveness, there were a few issues with the property itself that detracted from the experience. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken, but the host quickly addressed the problem. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided were not the best quality. I believe the owner should consider replacing them.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! Spending a month here was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better—only a short 10-minute ride from the airport without any of the noise, plus just a quick 2-minute walk to a plethora of shops and dining options. The beach is a convenient 10-minute drive away, and we enjoyed taking a leisurely 15-minute stroll to Clemantis, where there are amazing restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a car to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and made our stay seamless. Any time we needed assistance, they promptly arranged for help, and everything was sorted out right away. This Airbnb is spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The neighbors were friendly, and we found the pool to be a relaxing spot to hang out. When we mistakenly confused our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth departure. With multiple listings, this host is truly trustworthy and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and the host's other offerings to anyone.

We had an amazing time staying here with our group of 11 for a bachelorette getaway. The house was immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit! The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. This place was truly ideal for our trip!
