The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all of our inquiries. Managing the preferences of 16 guests can be quite a challenge, but they made it look easy! Communication was clear and effective, which is crucial for a successful Airbnb experience. The property matched its description perfectly. The only downside was that the oven wasn't functioning; however, the host promptly came to check it out and confirmed it was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop was operational, so we made do, especially since we were in town for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions with the host, who surprised us with some thoughtful extras. A big thank you for that! We will certainly consider renting from them again in the future.

It's just a short stroll to Starbucks, shopping options, and vibrant live music venues. While a few aspects of the decor, like the couch, showed some wear and tear, the stunning view from the window made us forget about those little details right away.

The location of the property was quite a bit farther from the convention center than I anticipated, requiring over a 30-minute walk or a short 5-minute drive. The room itself was rather small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Additionally, the shower was out of order, and the kitchen amenities were not available. Given the price compared to the location and facilities, it felt quite overpriced. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund due to Airbnb's policy, as the $300-plus rate didn't seem justified for what was offered. I hope the host considers adjusting the pricing and enhances the amenities for future guests.
This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach area! It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends, as the bed can easily be configured as two twins or a king. The property's location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The updated kitchen features a stove, fridge, and modern sink with countertop, which was a real plus. The bathroom is also beautifully renovated, complete with nice details like a dimmer switch for ambiance. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fans to complement the great air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The closet has a well-designed storage system, which was very helpful. We appreciated having access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is convenient. The property manager was quick to address our concerns and handled a couple of minor issues effectively. Overall, this place met all our expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again!
We had a fantastic stay at this spacious location for our weekend getaway. While we did encounter a few minor issues, such as the hot tub needing some cleaning and some cracks in the main floor, the property was just as advertised overall.
