As newcomers to the area, we were thrilled to discover that everything we needed was just a short drive away, with some spots even within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt completely safe during our stay. The property itself is a charming century-old home, and we loved the beautiful pool and cabana in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' were really useful for our larger group. The host was very attentive and eager to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While a new washer/dryer and some updated pillows would enhance the experience, we highly recommend this airbnb for anyone looking to gather with friends or family in an excellent West Palm location.

This charming property is a century-old home, and we loved the fantastic pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two additional casitas were a great bonus for our large group. The host was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. The only suggestions I would have would be to update the washer/dryer and perhaps invest in some more comfortable pillows. Overall, this is an excellent choice for large groups looking to experience the best of West Palm.
I would give the host full marks based solely on their service, but the property itself had a few issues that detracted from the experience. We encountered a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host was quick to address and fix the problem. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could use a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren’t of the highest quality. It would be great if the owner could consider upgrading them.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It offers a comfortable stay for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends, with the option to configure the bed as either twins or a king. Its central location is perfect for exploring all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated and includes a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertop. The bathroom renovation is well done too, featuring convenient details like a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fans to keep everything comfortable, along with excellent air conditioning. Storage is plentiful thanks to a well-designed closet with racks and bars. You'll also have access to shared laundry facilities and off-street parking, which could be useful if you have a larger group since the main house is available as well. The host was very responsive and took care of a few minor issues promptly. Overall, the property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking with this host again.
This place was a great fit for our weekend getaway with friends. While we did encounter a few minor concerns (the hot tub could use a thorough cleaning and some of the floorboards on the main level are a bit worn), everything else lined up with the listing perfectly. No major issues to report, and I would definitely consider booking here again.
