The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was lovely, but unfortunately, the heater wasn't functioning, so it was a bit chilly. We ended up taking advantage of the hot tub, which was great! The smaller guest studios near the pool provided a nice retreat when we wanted some privacy. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there are some signs of wear and tear. We ran into issues with the refrigerator and freezer – the freezer didn't freeze well at all, leading to melted ice and soggy bags. The stairs can be tricky, and with only one bedroom on the ground floor, I would advise against it for those with mobility concerns. There’s no bath or shower in the main level. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when sharing costs with other families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the host's property. It was ideal for our large group, conveniently located, and had ample space for everyone to feel comfortable.
Unfortunately, I couldn't make my stay due to an unexpected emergency evacuation. The owner was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund, which I greatly appreciated.

I would rate the host a perfect five stars based on their responsiveness and assistance. However, there were a few issues with the unit itself, such as a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms that the host promptly arranged to have repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. The towels also left much to be desired and should definitely be upgraded. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the host's efforts.
