Entire rental unit. Charming 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oasis with Washer/Dryer in Prime Upper East Side Location

This spacious rental was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. We did notice a few minor problems, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracked flooring on the main level. However, overall, it matched the description well and we didn't face any major difficulties. I would definitely consider booking it again.

The host was incredibly accommodating, coming to our rescue late at night when our initial Airbnb fell through due to cleanliness issues. We were relieved to find this place available for a last-minute check-in, and everything turned out great.

The host was fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, and they were quick to address all our questions. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The host greeted us upon arrival, making everything seamless. They also shared great tips about the area. The location was just as described, ideal for exploring. I couldn't ask for a better experience with an Airbnb host. I highly recommend staying at one of their properties!

We arrived in town around 1:00 PM and planned to enjoy a meal before our scheduled check-in at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed there was a delay because the cleaning staff was still working. After waiting until nearly 7:00 PM, we inquired about our check-in status but received no clear answer. Finally, around 7:45 PM, we were let in, only to discover there was ongoing work on a leak in the downstairs bathroom. The workers were still tiling the floor and cutting tiles until about 9:30 PM, which was quite disruptive. To make matters worse, they left behind a used toilet and sink with a plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. We did not receive any apologies or attempts to rectify the situation. When I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience, I was told the host would need to consult the owners, but I never heard back. Overall, this experience fell short of our expectations and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
