The location of the property was much further from the convention center than what was indicated on the map (over 30 minutes on foot, about 5 minutes by car). The room itself was quite small, only featuring a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly and the kitchen lacked basic amenities. Given the price point, I was expecting more in terms of facilities and location. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund, as the $300+ rate seems excessive for what was offered. I hope the host considers reevaluating the pricing and enhancing the available amenities.
