The location is unbeatable—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport with no disturbance, a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. It's also within walking distance to Clemantis, which boasts fantastic restaurants and a lively farmers market every Saturday. A car isn't necessary to enjoy the local attractions. The host was exceptional, making the entire process seamless. Anytime we had a maintenance issue, help arrived almost instantly, and it was resolved without any hassle. The space was comfortable and roomy, equipped with everything we required. Everyone in the building was friendly, and the pool area was a delightful spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. With multiple listings, it’s clear that they are both reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and the host's other rentals to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.
We arrived a bit after 1:00 PM and planned to grab some lunch before our check-in at 4:00 PM. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were told there would be a delay as the cleaning staff was still working. After several inquiries, we were finally let in around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was ongoing construction in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak; workers were still tiling the floor and making noise until around 9:30 PM. Additionally, they left behind an old toilet and sink in the kitchen without any cleanup. We felt there was a lack of communication and no apologies for the inconvenience. When I inquired about a potential refund for the late check-in and other issues, I was told they would need to check with the owners but never received a follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing and I would hesitate to book here again.
