This Airbnb is in a fantastic spot with a roomy apartment. While there are a few minor upgrades needed, we truly enjoyed our extended stay. The location is very convenient, featuring a good parking area, a gym, and a large swimming pool where we were able to enjoy stunning sunsets each evening.

We had a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were delighted with our choice. Everything we wanted to see was within a short five-minute drive, and several attractions were easily accessible on foot from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of safety throughout our stay. The property itself is a charming century-old house, and we loved the beautiful pool and cabana in the backyard. The added 'casitas' were a fantastic feature that worked perfectly for our large group. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure that we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If there were a couple of things to improve, a new washer/dryer and some more comfortable pillows would enhance the experience. But overall, this is a fantastic spot for anyone traveling with a larger group, especially in such a prime location in West Palm.

The location was quite a distance from the convention center as indicated on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was rather small, featuring just a double bed, a couch, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the price, it felt quite unreasonable for what was offered. Thankfully, the host followed Airbnb's policy and provided a full refund, but at over $300, I believe this space is overpriced for the facilities provided. I hope future guests see a more reasonable rate and additional amenities in the future.
