Entire rental unit. Ideal Miami Retreat: Steps Away from Downtown Excitement

The owner was outstanding! Check-in was a breeze, and they responded quickly to any questions we had. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. They greeted us upon arrival, making everything feel seamless. The owner's insights about the local area were invaluable. The location was just as advertised, making it a fantastic spot for our trip. I couldn't ask for a better experience with a vacation rental. I highly recommend booking one of their properties!

We had a fantastic experience at the host's property. It was ideal for our large group, located right in the heart of the city, and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax.

We arrived on a flight that got in around 1:00 PM, thinking we could enjoy a meal before checking in at 4:00 PM. By 4:00 PM, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working on the property. After asking for an update at 5:49 PM and again at 7:02 PM with no response, we finally gained access around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor until about 9:30 PM. They had left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or any attempt to make amends. I inquired about potentially receiving a refund for the late check-in and issues, but was told the host would need to consult the owners, and I never heard back. It's unfortunate because this experience has left us quite dissatisfied. I would be hesitant to book here again.

We had an amazing time during our bachelorette getaway with a group of 11. The house was just what we needed—spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to explore! The host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for a fun group trip!

We had a fantastic time staying here with a group of friends for the weekend. The space was roomy enough for all of us, which was perfect. There were a few minor hiccups, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some flooring on the main level that could use some attention, but overall, everything was just as described and we didn’t encounter any significant problems. I would definitely consider booking this place again in the future.
